How To Rent

We provide all applicants with a copy of the government “How To Rent” booklet, informing them of their rights as a tenant and giving them all the information they require to know if it is the right property for them.

We protect all deposits through MyDeposits, a government approved scheme, and provide you with all the relevant information either at tenancy sign up or as soon as possible afterwards.

Utility Set Up

At Bradburn Estates Ltd  we understand how stressful moving is and like to help in every way we can. This is why we notify the relevant suppliers (Gas, Electric, Water, Council) about your move into your new home. That’s one less thing for you to worry about!



Emergency Contractors

At Bradburn Estates Ltd we ensure that tenants have access to reliable Gas, Electric and Plumbing contractors out of office hours during the course of their tenancy. We provide details of these contractors on tenancy sign up but please only use them in an emergency situation… Our electrician will not appreciate a phone call to replace a broken light bulb in the middle of the night!
