We do not charge tenant application fees or Credit check fees on any of our applications.
We like for all of our tenants to be fully informed about how we are there to support them. Here’s some information on how we are there to support our tenants:
How To Rent
All applicants will be provided with a copy of the government “How To Rent” booklet informing them of their rights as a tenant and giving them all the information they require to know if it is the right property for them.
All deposits received will be protected through MyDepositsa government approved scheme. All information about your deposit protection will be provided to you on or before tenancy sign up.

Utility Set Up
Bradburn Estates understand how stressful moving is and like to help in every way we can. This is why we will notify the relevant suppliers (Gas, Electric, Water, Council) about your move into your new home. That’s one less thing to worry about!
All of Bradburn Estates tenants have access to contractors (Gas/Electric/Plumbing) in case of Emergency out of office hours during the course of their tenancy. The details of these contractors will be provided to you on tenancy sign up but please only use them in an emergency situation… Our electrician will not appreciate a phone call to a broken light bulb in the middle of the night!
