Bradburn Estates Ltd is a local family run agency and we always put our clients first. Our office is based on Lord Street in Fleetwood town centre. As ARLA accredited agents we offer a high quality personal service for Landlords and Tenants across the Fylde coast. We also hold Propertymark Client Money Protection for your added security.
We have a wealth of experience in property and business management and strive to ensure you receive the care you deserve. As members of The Property Ombudsman we adhere to their regulations so you can rest assured that you and your properties will receive the best service and care.
We are members of the Information Commissioners Office and have policies in place in order for our company to adhere to the new General Data Protection Laws that came into place May 2018.

I am originally from a Design and Teaching background and have always had a passion for properties
and interior design. I started working in a Fleetwood based Estate Agency in 2013 and quickly
progressed to Lettings Manager. I was born and raised on the Fylde coast and have experienced
being a tenant so understand how important it is to have trust in your Managing Agent. I am an
ARLA qualified agent and attend regular continue professional development courses to ensure our
team keeps ahead with the ever-changing regulations in property management.
Family has always been an important part of my life so being given the opportunity to work with
family in providing a professional service with a personal touch means everything to me.
Whilst not in the office I like to spend quality time with my children/family and dog. I am also into
walking, holistic therapies and drawing.
Although in branch I am the boss Sue (Mum) is the one in charge of family… Our telephone systems
are set up to reiterate this when any of us call the branch.

I have worked in various businesses throughout my career. When I left school, I started work in the
civil service until I married and had my family. When my children were small, I worked as a barmaid
in my local pub but as they grew, I went to work for a local agricultural engineer where I managed
the office and accounts. From there I returned to the civil service where I ran a busy operational
team. After leaving the civil service I now manage accounts again and assist Nikki part time in her
busy letting agency.
When I am not in the office I love to spend time being creative and sewing in my craft room with my
sister or walking my little Shitzhu x Bichon Freeze ‘Teddy’.

I have recently finished studying triple applied science and decided it wasn’t the career path for me, I
have been at Bradburn Estates for 6 months now and have enjoyed getting to know the office
portfolio.
When I am not in work, I spend my time playing football, as well as watching it, and spend time with
my mates doing what lads do!

Tenancy Manager
I’m Emma, the tenancy manager at Bradburn Estates. Over the last ten years I have worked in different areas of the property industry and developed my knowledge over the many pieces of lettings legislation that have been introduced during this time. I particularly enjoy Property management as I am a very social person with a passion for problem solving. I am always on hand if you would like to nip into the office for a chat.
When I am not working you will find me running round after my three children. I also love to travel and live by the moto “the answer to life is to always have a holiday booked!”
